The two-piece paddle with an adjustment of overall length within 50 cm range is more versatile; it works for more people who can share it, it allows you to disassemble the paddle into two parts for easy transportation and it is suitable for long journeys.
The two-piece paddle with an adjustment of overall length within 20 cm is a new idea. It is a solution in between the one-piece paddle and the classic two-piece paddle. The 20 cm adjustment allows you to adapt the paddle to the paddling environment for the same athlete or for similar athletes; the weight increase is only 60 grams compared to the entire paddle, thus keeping it in the light category; the flexibility of the handle is not compromised, as it remains whole for almost the entire length.
